Coburn Enterprises uses Wordpress as the foundation software for all of our websites. Your hosting environment must meet the minimum standards required to support our software platform. Each website includes premium software add ons. Coburn Enterprises charges a $20.00 monthly fee for software and license maintenance. If the client wishes, we can also host their website for no additional fee. Client Required to Provide the following

  • Logo. (Site design and colors will be based on the logo.)

  • If the client does not have a logo, they may choose the Font and Colors for their company name.

  • Client to provide content.

  • Each page can have up to 5 images. If photos/images are provided by client they will be prepared and optimized for the web by our team.

  • If the client does not provide images stock images will be used.

  • In the event that stock images are to be used the client will be required to approve them prior to our purchasing them.


**Standard contact forms include First and Last Name input, A phone number input, an email address input, a subject line (can be a multiple choice dropdown, static subject or open text input field) and a paragraph text input field. The first 30 days of your project are all about discovery and planning. We will spend our time in that first 30 days analyzing your situation and creating a detailed action plan. If you choose not to move forward with our recommended action plan you can cancel your order within the first 30 days.


Once we start the action plan we ask you to stay with us a minimum of one year to ensure we are able to recover the extra time we spend during the first 3 months of your project and some of our fixed expenses.


It is difficult to list specifics in this product overview because each client has unique needs. What we can tell you is you get approximately 5 hours of our company's time (divided by various employees based on your needs in any given month). This product requires a trust relationship. We try to provide you with enough information each month so that you know what you are investing your monthly fee on.

However, this is a consulting service and cannot be 100% defined in the online ordering system.
